Damaged food

I bought 2 packs of fruit juices 1litres*6 on the 11 th of September on the 20th when I opened one of the juices it had worms I requested a return but on the app it said food is non returnable,I called and spoke to seun one of the consultant he said I must throw them away and take pictures of what I found in the juice ,he will request a refund or they will send me the juice ,even today I haven't received any feedback whenever I call I speak to different consultants saying they will call me back
