DAMAGED DISHWASHER - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a dishwasher with takealot on the 24 Nov 2023. The dishwasher was delivered on the 29 November 2023 @3pm the afternoon. When the takealot courier offloaded - I said to them they can take the dishwasher back because it is damaged. The packaging was damaged on the side and the top. I immediately took photos and videos and told them to return the item. They said to me I have to log a return. The return was done on the 2nd Dec 2023. Then Takealot declined the return because it is a manufacturer warrenty - which is total nonsense - because the oustide was damaged. The dishwasher was returned in partial packaging because I checked for the damages. After sending several emails with photos they concluded the return - and the mail I received said they are looking into the matter. HOW CAN THIS BE MY PROBLEM IF THEY DAMAGED THE DEFY DISHWASHER WHILE TRANSPORTING IT. I WANT MY DISHWASHER.
