Damaged box

I'm very disappointed with Takealot. I bought a Bitty Boomer for a friend's birthday and the packaging was completely destroyed. I don't have time to return the product now. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to have deals on products at least ensure the boxes aren't damaged. I just hope the actual product works.
