Damaged and wrong products

Unfortunately I have to select a star. Takealot really holds up to their name. They take a lot of anger out of me! For the last month, 2months everytime I order something from them its either the wrong product delivered or damaged products! When logging a return they send the smallest vehicles for pick up and the product that I now need returned cannot fit in the car!! After 2 weeks of trying to get the product returned and receiving a sms saying they tried to collect the order but couldnt I still sit with a damaged product! Last week we had to start the whole process of returning the product again and to no surprise they pitched up in a small car. I then phoned the Customer service and now the product is no longer in stock. So not just did Takealot fail to collect the damaged product now I have to wait even longer for a product that was paid for the beginning of June already! Last time ever Takalot will see me!
