damaged and not switching on

Bought an UltraLAN Micro UPS 45W 8.8AH Wifi/Router backup online which i received on the 30th of January 2023 and when i get home i open it and it was damaged and does not even switch on. i feel betrayed cos it looks like a second hand goods.
