Damage to property

Everytime the courier delivers my parcels and no one is home the stick this plastic holder with a card on my wooden garage door, I complained about this and asked for the plastic to be removed. The plastic got removed along with the varnish on my garage door. You then send someone out to varnish the damaged part but you can still clearly see the scratches made by the person that attempted to take the plastic off. This door needs to be sanded down and then varnished. I requested that someone call me with answers and instead you send someone out to just add a little varnish and expect me to be satisfied with it. I hope that now you will make contact with me with a resolution to this, I will not let this go without it being fixed by you.
