Damage Item Recieced

On the 18 of september I collected my item - Ijam tablet from the collects department in cpt when I openend the item on my way home I saw that there was a small crack in the screen but was so excited I decided to keep the item .... The crack then got bigger and up and until the point I could'nt see anything on the screen.... I then returned the item on the first of october.. On evalution of the item they decided to return the item to me...only for me to find out the suplier of this item don't even do repairs on their items they call it market place .... On top of it all do they take their own time to credit me back For the damaged good ....never in my life will I ever purchase anything else at [URL Removed] if this is their way of customer satisfaction...
