Damaded good no money back

Take a lot is quick to take your money then deliver damaged goods and NEVER come back to you again. I ordered a guitar the 15th December - received a damaged guitar the Monday the 18th refuse to take it and send it back. phoned everyday until the 23rd was then told that they do not have the item in stock anymore. was promised I immediate payback and today the 8th of January 2018 when I called again after 3 other calls that said they will refund me I was once again told that they are still waiting for some paperwork. They are quick to take your money but f something goes wrong they cannot pay our money back. I will NEVER use them again and I will tell everybody about the bad service I have received.
