Daily deal advertised and cannot see order through. Unwilling to compromise - Order ***2

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently ordered a matress topper along with two other items on a bulk order at Takealot. The matress topper was on sale and was the main item i wanted, with the othe two items being a by-product of the transaction. </p> <p> After payment, i get mailed to say they cannot give me a matress topper as it is out of stock. There is a replacement online which costs a bit more than the one I bought but the say they cannot replace the item for me. This is not the first issue I had with Takealot and their poor/false advertising as well as their unwillingness to compromise and keep their customers happy. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is their error and they should find me a matress topper as this is what i bought initially. I am very unhappy with Takealot and I feel like they lost a customer. They showed the same unwllingness to co-operate when my Tomtom watch strap broke. I asked the agent for the suppliers contact details but they were unwilling to help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took it upon myself to contact the supplier who then replaced my strap for me hassle free. Takealot could not do that for me. </p>
