CYBER MART CCTV kit from Takealot

I purchased an 8 channel CCTV kit, complete with all components. After installing the complete system, then when we tried to commission/setup and we found the hard-drive faulty. Shocking experience from Takealot - only one component was faulty and needed to be replaced by the seller CYBER MART - Takealot refused to facilitate this replacement - I will also NEVER buy again from TAKEALOT or CYBER SMART - BEWARE!!!!!! do not risk buying form this seller !!!!
