Customers do not count

According to the tracking of my order which should have been delivered on 22 Dec 17 between 08:00 and 17:00, we were then notified of a delay and that the delivery would be on 27 Dec 17 between 08:00 and 17:00.

Well no delivery was made. I have made inquiries requesting an update but to no avail despite being told that the inquiry would be escalated whatever that may means because after 4 days still not a word and reply to my constant e-mails.

Shocking to say the least especially as a Naspers, the owners of Takealot.com, shareholder.

Disgusting.
