Customer support good
Ordered a phone for same day delivery, and i guess there was a glitch or something because the item i ordered came from CPT, and im in JHB. Usually with same day delivery my order is delivered before 3 PM, after 3PM I phoned customer support and Abdul helped with my query. Phoned me back and said i shouldnt wait at the office for my order and that he will change the delivery address to my home address, which is nice, even though it only came the next day , didnt waste time at the office waiting. Also refunded me the delivery fee for same day delivery, the support in general was 100%, thanks Abdul.<br> Kind Regards<br> Louis Walkenshaw
