I bought an iPhone from Takealot which needed o go back for assessment / repair.

1) They sent me an email and asked me to book in the iPhone for return, which I did. 2) They then did NOT accept the iPhone because I had to being all the accessories as well, which no one told me to do. 3) Returned and booked in the accessories as well. 4) Nearly 3 weeks later the device is ready to be returned. I give them my Delivery Address. 5) 5 days later I check up on the return, and they ask for my Delivery Address - AGAIN. The device is still at their warehouse. 6) After another complaint, I am told that the device is then confirmed for delivery that very day. Nothing arrives. 7) Still waiting for my iPhone to be returned.
