Customer service system is seriously flawed

The customer service system where a different person deals with your query each time, regardless of where it is in resolution makes it impossible to get something sorted out! You have to explain your situation over and over again, and each time you are promised that they would sort it out, just for a new person to be assigned to the matter and you are back to square one. Sooooooo frustrating!
