Customer Service (selling Dept)
To Whom it may concern,<br> <br> I must start this on a positive note by saying, the service I have received from the sales dept has always been amazing!! I have bought many products online from [URL Removed] and it has always been a pleasant experience and delivery is always on time, if not early. Even when the product I ordered was not available, there was a swift response to rectify and send out an alternative product after clearing it with myself first.<br> <br> Now the department in charge of the \Sellers"NOT SO GOOD!! In fact that is a severe understatement! On the 26/09/15 I sent and inquiry to become a seller and as usual I had a swift response from someone by the name of Brumilda Marcus"
