Customer service provides me with no smile at all

I get here after work, and the pick up point is run by one lady, she is cheeky tired and rude, customer service terrible, they only do provide you with the parcels, we are standing in a row no one says to me we will be with you now sir,NOTHING, please work on your service as this was a terrible experience, i certainly wont leave with a smile! This didn't feel like a takealot company.... i am leaving this place frustrated, angry and very very disappointing.
