Customer service not helpful

order no***. On the 21 December 2023 I placed an order for R1 128.00. I did not use pay fast as a payment method because I could not remember my logging details at that time. I opted to using EFT because I had a bank account that I have used before to pay for the order at Takealot which is saved as a beneficiary on my account. 2 days later the order was cancelled, and I started talking to different people trying to get an explaination. I started calling and emailing and every time i will speak to a different person. until now I am still struggling to be helped after many efforts.
