Customer Service - non existent

Good Day All,

I have had numerous emails sent to Takealot and asking from the Manager to call me back, but to no success. I have had numerous purchases of the years but this one is not pleasant.

Issue: We purchased a few items online, but when delivered it was missing part of the stock ordered. Instead we had received some incorrect items. I have been in correspondence with their team, but until now we have not received the correct items or the refund. It has been a frustrating experience, trying to just get this corrected or a phone call.

What has happened? Yet they have been one of the best online retailers.
