CUSTOMER SERVICE means Handle your queries but you don't know how

I bought a baby walker. Description sound good. When it came it wasn't as described.But that is not the point. I waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Bare in mind that I can a TAKEALOT MORE MEMBER. When it eventually came. It was broken. No music panel. Nothing. I took pictures then wanted a refund. They collected the item and refunded me half of the purchase price. I have send 5 emails and to date no response. I will find a way to escalate this matter. No one can explain why they gave me half the money back. This is no one to handle a customer
