Customer service manager does not exist

Good day, I takealot on 13/12/2025 to report receiving wrong item. I requested assistance from a manager. Only received assistance on afternoon of 17/12/2025. Issue is still unresolved and still waiting for customer service manager to. I have made numerous requests for assistance, with no success. Ticket # ***2. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.
