Customer service is non existent

Takealot is only able to perform basic. They focus mainly on delivery, their customer service is non existent (I once order conditioner with my package and the conditioner bottle was left open to spill over the other items I had ordered robbing me of half a bottle - when I emailed my complaint, along with pictures of the mess I never received any reply or compensation whatsoever) When you want to know what is happening with your order (aka why your package is scheduled for 10 days of waiting and still 'not yet shipped' after 7 days for 2 items) there is NO form of contact on the web page So if you can looked for a more efficient delivery company
