Customer service going down !!!

Shocking !!!! I have been a great supporter and customer of Takealot for a long time. My order was a week a late, then when it arrived a solar panel was missing. It has been one month and nobody can give me a straight answer. All I get is copy and paste **** via email. I want my panel or my money ASAP. Ruined my view of this company. Was my favourite until now.
