Customer Service?? Does this still exist?

Ordered a PS5 game and received a PS4 game, wrong product delivered. Processed a return, return collected and subsequently declined and concluded on the 14th December, stating one needs to refer to the latest email communication, yet no emails received regarding the return since the 12th December.

Would have been nice to receive communication, and way forward or have I just donated money to Takealot?
