Customer Service does not produce smiles only lies!

<p>I received the daily deal special at 07:05, where a bag set was marked for R549. When pressing on the link the price was set on the website as R1999 and there were still items left. I sent a mail to the customer service requesting if the price is correct on website or on the email because I was willing to buy the bags at R549.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 16:49 the customer service person got back to me and did not answer my question and appologies for missing the deal. It was sold out. But that was not the case. I address that this was not the case and received another pathetic answer. Actually the customer serivce of takealot just thought I was an idiot.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I wanted was a clarity on the price, not someone to treat me like I have no intelligence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot's statement "Our smile guarantee, we're only happy when you happy" is false, I am not smiling by being **** to.</p> <p> </p>
