I have have been trying to get back my phone that i send to them after it failed working, they have decline my request but most painful part is that im not getting back my phone since 10 Dec 2020 i have been communicating with them, they nicely answer the phone and send emails to responsible department but im still not getting back the phone that i paid for. im so disappointed for even encouraging my counterparts to use TAKEALOT!
