Customer service compliment

This review is for Akilah.k and Adam.H

My husband and I had a complex query that happened in March or April 2022 and we were not even certain that it can be resolved.

To cut the long story short, my husband and I decided to write to TakeaLot last week the13th of September to seek help with our query, Akilah responded to our email and she has been helping us with our query until we got the resolution of something my husband and I never thought would be possible.

We just want to give this public review to thank Akilah for her patience, assistance and professionalism in handling our matter as she also went the extra mile in ensuring that we get the help that we need.

Furthermore, we would also like to thank Adam as he finalised our query in a swift and professional manner too.

My husband, Sibusiso and I are truly grateful for the assistance we received from both Akilah and Adam, they were certainly able to retain us as customers and we will certainly continue to do business with TakeaLot.
