Customer Service Center responds make you feel like you a ****!

<p>After sending back a faulty product, they happily credited me for the item - happy with that BUT then I order another replacement, order was cancelled on the last minute or rather 4 days after promised delivery date. Said ok, thats fine. ordered another product, got another cancelled order BUT this time they listed the EXACT SAME product for R100 more...so you couldnt deliver the one i ordered but want to offer me the same product more expensive? Come now..Ive used your services for years Takealot - get your ***gies together already! Will be reluctant to order from you ever again after your agents made me feel like they can do without my business and then ripping me on 2 cancelled orders where you did have personal stock on the same item but want more money out of me!</p>
