Customer Service - Cannot Read Emails With Pictures They Still Get It Wrong

My last order with Takealot I’m actually done jumping through their hoops with their customer service who cannot read an email whereby photos have been attached.

You see Takealot marked the wrong Parcel as delivered. So now of course my wedding alcohol is replaced by a packet of vitamins and nail glue…. I have no words their customer service has just decreased over the years. This was in fact my last order with them. Much better hassle free sites to use who are actually reliable….
