********** customer service and product delivery

What a disappointment. I order often from takealot and the last 2 months service has been **********. In March i placed and order, the perfume i wanted was on a huge special, i wanted to cancel and item in my order as i found it on sale in a shop, they cancelled my entire order and the perfumes price was 3x higher, i asked them immediately to reverse this and they said they cant. Then, i ordered again, 1 item was defective, 1 was smalle than i though and 1 had missing parts, i logged returns, they collected all, the 1 was refunded as requested, the 1 was replaced as requested, the other one they took back and thats it, i have spoken to 4 agents and there are 4 different stories so they can just shove my hard earned money up where the sun doesn't shine. Now again i placed an order, they send me the total wrong size i need to send it back. Another order i wanted to cancel 1 item, they cancel my entire order. Why do they have this function if it does not work. No i am just disgusted. This will really be my last orders, the customer service is just terrible. And i paid for an item it was delivered with missing parts, they collected it and there, no return, no refund, them just taking my money.
