I bought a nail drill, received it last year November. It started switching off by itseland on again, Logged a return, item was collected in the 6th of Jan, Return has been closed/ declined 14 Jan 10am, no communication whatsoever, I sent mails, no response, I called, was advised that I must wait another 48 hours, why not send it back? Im losing business, almost 2 weeks now!!! This is very time consuming and the fact that there’s absolutely no communication, insane!
