I have been waiting on hold for the call centre for an hour!!!!! I am HIGHLY IRRITATED with this level of customer care for such a large and reputable company. An absolute disgrace! I am a frequent user of this site but will move to their competitor Amazon as looking here there are so many negative reviews and they still have not addressed this.
