Customer not treated fairly

I ordered 2 seperate types of items. The app indicated delivery for 14 Oct. Nothing was delivered and a note stated: not yet shipped. The status did not change, still indicating the original delivery date. Then I received notification to pay an additional amount. I followed up on numerous occasions. Eventually the one part of the order was delivered, but not the remaining one. Again, I followed up on numerous times. The matter is not resolved. I paid for an order that was never delivered, without any explanation. My queries did not bring the matter to conclusion. Unfortunately I was not treated fairly on this order. Will have to resort to other legal methods to either have the item delivered, or the amount to be refunded. Takealot was unfairly enriched here. Several screenprints were also send, to indicate the order nr and notes made by Takealot on the app, to indicate the remaining item to be delivered and that it was paid in full.
