customer is not king

I have always had good dealing with them with no hassle until last december where i found my self ****med, a false advert had me buying what i thought was a 10 pack of books at R 78.00 , but i recieved a single book when i took it up with customer support , i was told they can reach the supplier , and i must return the item , i told the it has been used and and i was told that they cant help , now there are things i saw and want but now fear using them again
