Customer doesn't get the Benefit of the Doubt BAD BAD BAD SERVICRE

I returned and requested a refund for a 1.8m Folding Trestle Table (Heavy Duty) on 28 June. The unit was taken out of the box just once, it was put together to see what it looks like and was put back in the box and stored indoors. When it was collected I didn't have tape with me to put over the top, asked the guy that collected to keep it upright. Takealot the surprised me by declining the return and the refund. The evaluator said the unit was damaged and dirty. I asked for photos of this and received 2 ridiculous photos. I received the unit back this morning, other than being a little dirty on the top edges (wasn't there when I sent the unit back) , there are no damages. If the evaluator took just a little time to take the table out of the box and put it together he or she would see clearly that there are no damage, instead they looked at the line/shape of the unit in the box and decided or themselves that must be damage. REALLY BAD ATITUDE... I will miss buying from takealot but this is enough for me to not ever order from them again (and I WILL spread the word)!!!!!
