Customer complaint service even worse than regular service. Rather buy from loot.co.za

I am amazed at just how bad Takealot's service has become. I already complained about Takealot sending me a copy of a book with a sticker that damaged the cover, and made a specific instruction for Takealot to send me a copy without the sticker. After 3 weeks of waiting for a replacement, now 2 months after the original order, the book arrives with the exact same sticker! And this is after them delivering the book without even checking if I was at the address to collect.

I can see why there are 20 complaints just today on HelloPeter. Not surprised. I wish I had instead purchased the book from loot.co.za. Their prices are generally cheaper, delivery is quicker, and, most importantly, after-sales service actually exists!
