Crying for help, very dissapointed with Takealot

I don't even know where to start I am writing this with a heavy heart and dissapointment from Takealot.

I made order on the 14th of June 2024 and the delevered it at a wrong courier facility on the 18th of June. I contacted them to express how I feel with the fact that it was not the first time the delever my order to a wrong courier facility. They rep**** requesting my location and I emmediately sent it.

Delevery rescheduled for 27th of June 2024 however it was not delevered and I sent email on the 28th of June following up on my order and they said they gave it to Fast and furious so they will contact them. But I never received any feedback. I called Takealot again because they did not get back to me and they told me that they escalated the matter. Till today I have to received my order amd I don't even know what is happening.

There is a lot and the worst part is that even when you tracking your order it does not give you accurate information it has been saying out for delevery since 18th of June.
