Crushed pruoduct shipped out

I am highly disappointed, I just got delivery today from takealot. This is normally good, I've always received good quality from takealot, But the one item a lego box came crushed in the takealot box. The takealot box is in a perfect condition but the lego box is crushed, as if it was stepped on. This means it was packaged visibly damaged. How can something be sent out like this? Is there no quality checking done. I wish I could attach a picture of how it came out the box on hellopeter. I have requested a replacement but with Christmas around the corner it looks like someone else will be very disappointed.
