Since June 14 2021 when I ordered earphones at takealot. That earphones works only a week. I returned it back. As it was a set I received. After a day I got email from fisokuhle Buthelezi from takealot told me I only give their drive a one earphone, one missing. I told them I give him whole set as it is.

Within few days they told me they still investigating. While I’m still waiting feet back after Investigation, I saw a delivery from takealots I thought is my new exchange earphones. I take a parcel go in the house when I open oh my God is worse than what I send it back to them. Takealots give me some one’s order which is that one earphone missing. And is not even the same what I ordered.

Again I email them why they bring some one order to me. Worse it been used. How can I take some thing that not belong to me and been used by someone during COVID time. One lady from takealot Naz says she still waiting to hear from company they will come back to me. Always I will received those emails said they not forget about me they still waiting company

Which I don’t understand what they waiting to hear from company as they have all Evidence on their system. Until today takealots still playing their games. They don’t care they got my money and they can see it clear on their offs**** side this item is not matching what I ordered. Worse you can’t even able to get hold of them via telephone. Only the email. What a ****** fly by night company. I deal with the biggest online companies Amazon, alibabas I never have any issue with them. Imagine they are international. I just make a risk to order from them. But believe me they are super loyal honest. If the is something wrong on their side they make sure they sort it within 24 hrs.

Imagine this one for takealots it was from June, we are on August now. Nothing I had from them. But I have the way how to deal with ****** ******** like takealots. This week I ordered same earphones, they just delivered now today as is Friday. I didn’t pay them nothing. Soon that company they been waiting respond from them they can sort takealots . Me I’m fine now. And this is my last time I use this ****** idiots. I want to see if they will contact me by this time. All are ****** from their drives. If is the way how they make money by *****ing from people. Imagine how many people having same problem from takealots. But this is the start. I will make sure I publish them via all social media and network. Also report to ombudsman how this takealots operates.
