<p>I bought a TV at Takealot. After using, the TV started giving some issues, freezing when trying to use certain apps, limited apps available. I reported to Samsung who said i need to upgrade firmware. I tried with Call centre assistance but failed. They said I must take into service centre. SC failed as well. Then tried to return the product as service centre then sais they might have to change PC boards. Takealot refuses to return because SAMSUNG says there is nothing wrong with the TV when I have provided evidence that the firmware is outdated. </p>
