*****ed out of money + appalling customer service

I ordered and paid R499 for my son's books on 21 June 2019. After back and forth correspondence where I repeatedly got asked for payment despite sending confirmation that I had in fact paid on the SAME DAY of ordering, I was told the order had been cancelled and I would be refunded. Today; 25 July, I am yet to receive my refund!
