Crispy "soft" Baby Soft toilet paper

In September 2025, I bought a 24-pack of Baby Soft from Takealot, and the toilet paper was crispy and rustled like cheap recycled paper. I later found a roll of toilet paper that was unusable because the roll was sliced in half. I have Baby Soft from another local supplier, which is super soft, unlike what I received from Takealot. I will not repurchase toilet paper from them even if the price goes to R1. Product quality just doesn't match customer experience and expectations.
