******** acts by big companies like takealot.com which they think customers will just except and move on

I ordered and paid for a deal online from takealot.com. The deal was for a Samsung cellphone, a LTE device and a Sim card. I ordered a cover and a screen protector separate in addition to the phone. When the item arrived, I notice one of the devices not there. When I queried it with takealot.com I was told the deal is as what was delivered and that the phone was now the LTE and no longer the ****le device. Even the picture was changed on the site as well as on my order. I will be taking this to the Consumer Board as no company can change what was ordered and paid for after the fact. It is also an offence changing the details after the fact. I want the deal I paid for. I chose this deal as the LTE device was with it or I could have bought the deal cheaper where there was no LTE device with it
