Cricut mug press bought on takealot

Takealot has a supplier that sells faulty products due to their SLA I assume it's the supplier's problem I lost 5k and was told sorry your product is out of warranty contact the supplier on the details provided. How do you guys continue to allow this supplier to sell products if most of the reviews are the same? Is this because you make money from suppliers for storage for packaging and what you have not? So the consumer who purchases items are just there to be milked. I am disgusted, to say the least. Who knows maybe Takealot is responsible for a now damaged product as we do not know how this item is handled in the warehouse. But for no one to take responsibility is beyond me.
