Cricut Maker: Ticket number ***

I bought a Cricut Maker on the 26th of October 2022, specifically for making items for my daughter's baby shower at the beginning of December 2022. Much to my disappointment, it broke down only 2 weeks after purchasing it. To me, it was such bad luck as I need the machine to get all done in time. I contacted America and they were such great help (Tarek Fegel - a shout-out to you .....) He went far and beyond to help me, and he organized a replacement. I truly appreciate that as those machines don't come cheap and you would expect them to do their part. I'm truly impressed by the customer service from their side. Now my only worry (I bought it through Takealot SA, so I have to presume that mr Fegel ordered a replacement through them.) The first time Takealot's service was excellent so I pray to receive a replacement soon, so I will be able to finish all the stuff I need to make for the baby shower.
