credit/Refund reques

RRN-57fe-6b58 - i bought and paid for the item and was later advised someone else bought same item for the baby shower . I order another item and requested for the item to be collected. The item was collected same day it was delivered because the reception at work had signed and accepted it on my behalf. item collected and I was told it checked few days later. money was credited to my account. because i had already received another item I then emailed requesting refund. all was sorted and i had expected it to take long (more than a week but all was sorted withing 5 working days).
