Crediting problems

i have ordered 3 wireless lamps from Takalot and requested that the refund be added to my credit so I could use it later this was not the problem. The problem is that I was only credited with one of the lamp's money, which was R90 out of the R270 I was supposed to receive. I spoke to Nicole on WhatsApp At the Takatot credit department and she told me that if I don't have a credit account they aren't going to assist me. I would like to be contacted by Takalot to get this sorted out asap
