Credited for inferior product but fuel costs to collect not refunded BUT we must pat R35 to collect !

The 12v battery charger sent to me was inferior as it should have been a 20A one but it was around 6A AND THE STICKER SHOWING ORIGINAL AMPERAGE WAS COVERED WITH THE (****) 20A one. It's not my fault but it cost over R100 in petrol to collect. I need this to be refunded. Please escalate and refund my costs.
