Credit refund

My money was deducted from takealot.com credit account.

I placed an oder and the order received was wrong twice. They then refunded me in credit. Yesterday I placed another order which didn't go through because I was shot on funds, my credit was deducted and no refund was made since yesterday on the 24 of September 2024. Now I can't place any orders because I feel takelot.com is robbing people. First it was wrong orders twice now it's credit not refunded. Mind you the same credit is my hard earned money. If possible it was better if they had refunded the money into my bank account
