Credit query

Been using Takealot for along time, but this time it was just an unpleasant experience. I cancelled a order and still waiting for a refund/credit. I inquired via email, but don't even get any response. This is the worse customer service and now I'm losing out on a produc that was on a deal on their website, and of cause no one will take responsibility just gona be another I'm sorry email or response on this
