Credit never received for canceled item

I ordered from Takealot on the 6th of September, just few facial products. I was happy because I got a discount and the items were very well priced and I was telling everyone about the amazing deal I got from takelot. Then on the 19th of September i received an email stating that the one item was cancelled and that I would be credited to my takelot profile within 2 working days. I am still waiting for that to happen more than a month later and I still have not been credited. Even though the amount was only R19 , I am irritated that I was not reimbursed for it. This is not customer satisfaction nor is it fair to customers. This has caused me to not want to order from takealot again .
